Situated in Benoni, amidst tranquil surroundings and Cape-Dutch Architecture, Ashton International College opened its doors to our founder students in January 1998.

The College grew under the expert care of the Founding Members, Mr Andre Buys (Proprietor and Chairperson) and Mrs Reena Snelling (Founder Member).

Ashton Junior College opened in 2002 to welcome its new primary school students.

Currently, this ever expanding Christian College is managed by the Executive Director, Mr Mark Brown and Junior College Principal, Mrs Gertie Testa and Senior College Principal, Ms Lynne Felix Together with their formidable team they are constantly driving the College forward in the spheres of Academics, Sport and Culture and upholding the excellence in traditional family values.

As a South African school we recognize the need to provide quality education for our students on their journey to excellence. We encourage students to work individually to help them find independence. However, our teachers are never too busy to provide undivided attention to those who require it.

“The tranquil country atmosphere at Ashton International College lends itself to old-fashioned values. These include caring, a sense of responsibility, a belief in manners, and respect for other social values which seem to have been lost in the modern world.” – Reena Snelling
